Description
This very well presented and large villa is located within the Boavista Golf and Spa Resort in Lagos, Algarve. The property has 3 bedrooms, and accommodates up to 6 people. Two bedrooms are on the 1st floor, one with en-suite bathroom, together with a shared bathroom. The third bedroom is on the ground floor, with en-suite bathroom. Kids can enjoy a small play corner with little table, 2 small chairs and some toys next to the dining area.
The property has its own private swimming pool (pool heating available at additional cost), and has been built and furnished to a very high standard. There is a lovely garden to the rear, with a very large terrace at the front for relaxing, swimming and outdoor dining (charcoal barbecue available). It is equipped with 4 sun loungers with mattresses.
In addition, there is an iron, free internet (WiFi), air conditioning throughout the house, television and hairdryer, board games. In the kitchen you can find: refrigerator, microwave, hob, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle are provided.
The villa provides 350 m² of space and sits on a large plot. It is just a short walk to the golf clubhouse (shop, buggies etc.) and the Reception, Spa and the resort restaurant.
Daily maid service is available for an extra €30 per day. Please ask at time of booking. Reduced rates are available for the Spa and gym and golf. The resort has tennis court, archery, an outdoor children’s area, and there are other sports as well (i.e. football pitch).
The wonderful beaches of Lagos, Praia da Luz (with numerous restaurants) and supermarkets are just a short drive away. There is a parking space for 1 passenger car in front of the house (behind the gate, on the private area of the property).
The house is not suitable for guests on wheelchairs – there a few steps up to reach the entrance of the property.

We had a lovely stay recently. The property is in a great location in the resort, convenient situated for all the resort facilities. The villa was very clean and spacious. The family loved the large garden and pool.

Clean, secure, comfortable and spacious! Felt like a home, not just accommodation. Very nice area, within 8 minutes drive from the beach (though you have everything on site and need actually to leave the property just to see the ocean, do some sightssee more

The house is big and well arranged, it comes with all the appliances you really need to make yourself at home. The barbecue and swimming pool are the cherry on top for those sunny days in Lagos.. See you again in the summer, Christina.

The booking process as well as the communication with the staff leading up to and upon arrival was quick and great. Would recommend it to anyone for a stay in Lagos and we will definitely come back!.
