Our guest will have at their disposal in the studio one double bed, one bathroom with shower and kitchen equipped with freezer, fridge, microwave, coffe maker, keetle
In addition, the studio has free wifi, air conditioning and heating and Smart TV.
The building has reception from Monday to Friday from 10 am to 18 pm. After this time, guest can pick up the tkey by themselves using an auto check in sistem. During the weekend, our guest can use our paig luggage storage based at the reception.
For our cycling customers, we offer bike parking and bicycle workshop, both completely free.
A deposit will be charged before the start of the stay.

- The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.
- We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination.
- Arrival out of office opening hours: keys will be left in a safety box. The total amount must be paid in advance.
- VAT included in the accommodation price
- Pets not allowed.
- The keys must be picked up during the above mentioned hours only.
